I. Warranty Coverage
Lamiflow warrants the Lamiflow airflow indicator products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a lifetime specified by the product's serial number from the date of installation.
Lamiflow as its option, will at no charge repair or replace the Lamiflow airflow indicator products provided they are returned in accordance with the terms of this warranty to Lamiflow. Repair, at Lamiflow's options, may include the replacement of parts with functionality equivalent, reconditioned or new parts. Replaced parts are under warranty for the lifetime period as well.
II. Warranty Conditions
This express limited warranty is extended by Lamiflow to the original buyer only, and is not assignable or transferable to subsequent buyers. This is the complete warranty for Lamiflow airflow indicator products by Lamiflow. Lamiflow assumes no obligation or liability for additions or modifications to this warranty, unless made in writing and signed by an officer of Lamiflow Technologies, LLC.
Unless made in separate written agreement between Lamiflow and you, Lamiflow does not warrant the installation, maintenance or service of this product.
Lamiflow cannot be responsible in any way for any ancillary equipment not furnished by Lamiflow, which is attached to our used in connection with the airflow indicator products of for operation of our equipment with any ancillary equipment. All such equipment is expressly excluded from this warranty.
Furthermore, Lamiflow cannot be responsible for any damage to Lamiflow equipment resulting from the use of ancillary equipment not furnished by Lamiflow for use with the airflow indicator.
When the product is used in conjunction with ancillary or peripheral equipment not manufactured by Lamiflow, Lamiflow does not warrant the operation of the product-peripheral combination, and Lamiflow will honor no warranty claim where the product is used in such a combination and it has been determined that there is no fault with the Lamiflow product.
III. Not Covered Under This Warranty
[a] Defects or damage resulting from use of the product in a manner other than its normal and customary manner.
[b] Defects or damage from misuse, accident or neglect.
[c] Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment or and alteration or modification of any time.
[d] Breakage or damage to the product unless caused by defects in material or workmanship.
[e] Products that have the serial number removed or made illegible.
*Return Policy: Units may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 18% will be applied for any/ all returns within the allowable 30 days.
